Funding for nine municipalities for immigration management
Specifically, the municipalities of Andravida-Kyllini, Thebes, Ioannina, Kos, Lavreotiki, Mytilene, Pogoni, Oropos and Chios are subsidized with 2,347,400 euros
Funding for nine municipalities has been approved by the Solidarity Fund of the Ministry of Immigration and Asylum, in the context of supporting local communities that contribute to the management of immigration, according to a relevant announcement.
Specifically, the municipalities of Andravida-Kyllini, Thebes, Ioannina, Kos, Lavreotiki, Mytilene, Pogoni, Oropos and Chios are subsidized with a total of 2,347,400 euros, for municipal projects, following proposals submitted, at their discretion and based on local needs. .
It is noted that a total of 15,432,741.07 euros have been allocated – through the Solidarity Fund of the Ministry of Immigration and Asylum – in 27 municipalities throughout the country.
