Aris FC launches an incredible accusation: “Melissanidis threatened Karipidis: I will have you on a wheeling chair”
In a statement, the black-and-yellow colored FC made clear that they will take legal action against Dimitris Melissanidis.

In an official press release, the black-and-yellows reported that, during a Thodoros Karipidis-Dimitris Melissanidis phone call after the match ended, AEK’s head honcho launched the following threat, amongst others: “I will have you on a wheeling chair”.
It is worth mentioning that, during half time, Aris had reported that Dimitris Melissanidis attacked the Thessaloniki club’s Head of Football Division Dimitris Niarchakos.
In this statement, the Club made clear they will take all necessary legal action against Enossis (AEK) chieftain; amongst others, they meaningfully pinpoint: “This is football as envisioned by those operating its clean-up”.

“ARIS FC denounces that, during a phone call of our FC President Thodoros Karipidis with owner of AEK Dimitris Melissanidis, the latter threatened Aris FC President uttering the following: “I will have you on a wheeling chair”, amongst other shameful threats!
He also launched the same threats against Head of Football Division Dimitris Niarchakos.
It goes without saying that ARIS FC will take all due legal action. This is football as envisioned by those operating its clean-up”.
