Η Σεΐχα Μόζα, είναι η δεύτερη σύζυγος του Εμίρη του Κατάρ, η οποία είναι παντρεμένη μαζί του από το 1977 ένω έχουν αποκτήσει τα 7 από τα 28 παιδιά του. Η Σεΐχα Μόζα μπιντ Νάσερ, όμως, κατάφερε να επισκιάσει τις άλλες δύο του γυναίκες και να γίνει σύμβολο του Εμιράτου στον έξω κόσμο.

Η 60χρονη σήμεα Σεΐχα Μόζα είναι όμορφη, μορφωμένη με πτυχίο κοινωνιολογίας, αλλά και ιδιαίτερα δραστήρια. Θεωρείται η κινητήρια δύναμη πίσω από τον θρόνο του Κατάρ, ενώ είναι η μόνη από τις συζύγους του πάμπλουτου Εμίρη που τον συνοδεύει στα ταξίδια του αλλά και στις συναντήσεις του με τις σημαντικότερες προσωπικότητες του κόσμου.

Λέγεται ότι η Σεΐχα Μόζα έφερε το Κατάρ στην σημερινή του κατάσταση, με τον εκμοντερνισμό και την καθ’ οδόν βελτίωση των διπλωματικών σχέσεων με την Δύση.

Παράλληλα, μέσω του ιδρύματος Quatar Foundation, προωθεί μεταρρυθμίσεις στην παιδεία και την κοινωνία. Έχει θεσπίσει χρηματικό βραβείο ύψους μισού εκατομμυρίου ευρώ, που απονέμεται σε όσους κάνουν βήματα προόδου στον τομέα της εκπαίδευσης, και επίσης προσπαθεί να επεκτείνει την ελευθερία του Τύπου.

Λάτρης της Ελλάδας, η Σεΐχα Μόζα έχει επισκεφθεί πολλές φορές τη χώρα μας για διακοπές, τις πιο πολλές από αυτές στη Μύκονο.

Ένα σύγχρονο style icon με υψηλή αισθητική

Χωρίς να αρνείται τη μουσουλμανική της ταυτότητα δεν κρύβει την αγάπη της για τα στοιχεία της δύσης, όπως η μόδα. Η φινέτσα και το ιδιαίτερα κομψό στυλ της την έχουν αναδείξει σε πρότυπο κομψότητας που κατάφερε να κάνει μόδα τα τυρμπάν.

Τα λαμπερά κοσμήματα, οι μακριές τουαλέτες, οι γούνες αλλά και τα φαρδιά παντελόνια, είναι οι μεγάλες της αδυναμίες, ενώ η ίδια αποτελεί style icon. Μάλιστα, το 2011 ήταν δεύτερη στη λίστα του Vanity Fair με τους πιο καλοντυμένους ανθρώπους του κόσμου.

Η Σεΐχα Μόζα περίφημη για την εντυπωσιακή της παρουσία και τις μεγαλοπρεπείς εμφανίσεις της δίπλα στη βασίλισσα Ελισσάβετ ή την Κάρλα Μπρούνι Σαρκοζί, την οποία και είχε επισκιάσει στην επίσημη επίσκεψη στη Γαλλία πριν από μερικά χρόνια.

This is the week I have waiting for. Qatar is on fire this week with the grand opening of National Museum of Qatar and Fashion Trust Arabia. As expected Their Highnesses the Father Emir and Sheikha Moza of Qatar hosted a special reception last evening at Al Wajba Palace, gathering high-level dignitaries and cultural figures to celebrate the opening of the National Museum of Qatar. She looked absolutely gorgeous in Christian Dior lace gown from Fall 2017 haute couture collection. Need I remind you that this dress was on my wishlist/prediction, that makes it even more exiting. Among the guests were former French President Nicolas Sarkozy, Prince Nikolaos of Greece and Denmark, fashion designer Haider Ackermann, and French-Algerian style icon Farida Khelfa. What a picture. I absolutely love this picture of Sheikha during her private trip to Armenia 🇦🇲 and Georgia 🇬🇪 in 2015. It looks like a vintage traveling picture from Vogue or Life magazine. Isn’t this divine? This is how it’s done ✅ ladies and gentlemen. I am absolutely in love with this white and blue Chanel haute couture suit on her. It may not be the most unique and interesting suit, but she knocked it out of the park. The fit was absolutely perfect, her body/figure is perfect and the styling was just perfect. Style icon is an understatement. Vanity Fair’s @vanityfair Best Dressed List 2018 is out and I am delighted to see our ever stylish Sheikha on the list. She was inducted into the VF Best Dressed Hall of Fame in 2015, normally this means she won’t be on the list after that ( e.g. Kate Middleton), but her style is so exquisite, timeless and hard to ignore, they included her in this year’s list again (can you blame them). She is in the category of “The Globalistas”, which also includes Amal Clooney, Meghan Markle and French First-lady Berigitte Macron. VF jury on her style: “Moza’s wardrobe is the ultimate regal power statement-she is the modern Jacqueline Onassis; Mastering international glamour- bold color, a head wrap!- shows sophistication that knows no borders”. Couldn’t agree more, also I like that they used a different picture of her this time (@jpgaultierofficial couture ensemble darling), they always use the old pictures from 5 years ago.
