New One & Only resort in Athens by Kerzner International

Kerzner International Holdings Limited has signed a tourist resort management contract with Grivalia Hospitality S.A. for the One & Only Aesthesis to be built in Athens. The area of ​​210 acres where the development will take place in “Asteria Glyfada”, facing the sea, is part of a larger area which also includes a protected forest area of ​​6 acres and meets the demand for additional One & Only experiences in Europe, a relevant announcement stated.

It is pointed out that the opening of One & Only Portonovi in ​​Montenegro took place in Europe recently, while One & Only Kea Island in Greece is already developing, accelerating the strategic development of the One & Only portfolio.
