Even devoted readers of the major European news outlets, that have reflected Greece’s improved image, did not expect such a positive reception of the Greek “brand” by the incoming German finance minister.

Once the framework for a rebound of the economy is decided, it will be necessary to urgently fashion a flexible, modern, and citizen-friendly state and public administration.
