SYRIZA is a large party and its leadership intends to restructure it, in order to increase its prospects of coming to power and in order to abandon foolishness, verbalism, and grandiose rhetoric.
SYRIZA’s convention was limited to a simplistic reading of new realities. It proved unable to transcend the old partisan syndrome of promises of handouts.
In their conventions, the three parties that ruled over the last decade are returning to their political bases in order to hammer out their political platforms and to once again seek the trust of the electorate.
