It is easy to understand that a take-off of manufacturing that would reach 15 percent of GDP, the EU average, would increase the number of employees in that sector to 2.5mn people.

Over-taxation, austerity, and vote-mongering handouts trap the economy in a vicious circle which hinders growth and consequently impedes the creation of new jobs.

“All of these are not bailout memorandum reforms. They are our reforms. If they had been implemented before the bailout memorandums, perhaps we would have avoided paying such a heavy toll. In the final analysis, they can be implemented only by us,” the PM said.
