Greek Defence Ministry

President Sakellaropoulou's message to Turkey is that it has exploited refugees and has adressed Greece with unseemly language, which undermines the mores of international relations and any sense of diplomacy.

In the “black hole” of the Hellenic Ministry of Defence, a regime of lawlessness survives. It is the result of the lack of transparency and the supposed confidentiality of actions and choices.

It is not just the foreign ministry that manages secret funds. The defence ministry disburses comparable amounts, as do Greek Police, the Macedonia-Thrace ministry, and others.
