The submission of a request to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission for the delisting of all the shares of the company was decided by the extraordinary general meeting of Nikas’ shareholders. Its shares amount to 53,154,140 with a nominal value of € 0.12 each.
The General Meeting was attended by all the shareholders of the Company, namely Givenrise Investments Limited and Cryred Investments Limited, representing 53,154,140 shares, which correspond to 100% of the paid-up share capital and voting rights of the Company.
