According to the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), Germany placed Greece in the high risk zone for the coronavirus due to the Delta mutation. This means that tourists and German nationals returning to Germany from Greece must have a negative test to avoid mandatory quarantine.

This was reported by Euronews, reminding that in the context of the new measures announced by the Greek government due to the increase in cases, vaccination has become mandatory for health professionals.

Beyond Greece, RKI has placed the Netherlands and some offshore areas, such as Aruba and Curacao, on the high risk list.
