ECDC places all of Greece in Covid ‘green’ zone in updated maps
The positivity rate for Greece remains under 1 percent
The European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) on Thursday reported at improved Covid-19 epidemiological situation in Greece, as the EU agency published updated maps showing data on the pandemic around the Union.
Depiction of Greece in the green color, showing the lowest level of exposure for the virus, comes even amid a surge in the number of D strains of Covid-19 detected in Crete, the greater Athens area and Corinth.
The positivity rate for Greece remains under 1 percent.
